Students on this course require a desktop or laptop for learning purposes and to complete course assessments. They must have beginner to intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to use email (e.g., Gmail or Outlook) and navigate the internet to access learning resources and course materials.
Students must also have the practical skills necessary for an efficient study environment, including installing, updating, and maintaining web browsers and software, connecting their desktop or laptop and mobile devices to wireless networks and utilising cloud storage for files and assessments.
These skills are required to enable students to engage with course content, and complete assessments through Educare College's Learning Management System (aXcelerate).
